This product is used for cleaning chips and cutting fluids generated during the machining of blind holes and through holes in various drilling processes. It operates at high speed while spraying air from the tip of a slender pipe-shaped nozzle. Compared to conventional nozzles that spray in one direction, it reduces air consumption to approximately 1/2 to 1/3. The length of the metal part at the nozzle tip is available in 50 or 100 millimeters, with nozzle diameters of 3.5 millimeters, 4 millimeters, 4.5 millimeters, and 5 millimeters. You can choose from two types of tip shapes: rectangular (horizontal spray) or beveled (forward spray). (Rectangular: multiple directions forward and sideways. Beveled: air impact is stronger than rectangular.)
